Pets must not be left unattended on patios or balconies. Pets in transit are to be carried, restrained by a leash, or placed in an animal carrier. 4) Should an unauthorized animal be found in your unit at any time the appropriate pet fee will immediately be charged to your account with an additional $500 fee for non-compliance.
